  • Jun 16, 2019: “I stayed at the resort for 2 days and 2 nights and really enjoyed my time skiing here. There terrain is mostly beginner and intermediate, but there is some more advanced terrain. The night skiing was the highlight for me here because of the long and wide groomers that are lit during the evening. Kimberley might not be as large as resorts like Fernie, but it is off the beaten path a little more so you can enjoy more snow to yourself with less lift lines. I definitely would come back here again.” 0
  • Mar 23, 2019: “KAR may well be the best family resort in BC. From Main - perfectly groomed every morning and ideal for family runs, to Dean Left, Dean Right, and Tamarack, with every other run deserving mention this is great for a family. There are no really long slogs to or back from any of the 3 chair lifts (ok, Vimy Ridge can be a slog if the snow is stick, same for Lower Pine Flats out in the Black Forest). Parking is close, and the food services seemed to be up to the task at hand. A family can all be happy skiing here - the bump-manic, the steep and deep fan, the beginning skier, and everything in between can all be happy here.” 1
  • Mar 12, 2019: “This is our third year of skiing at Kimberley and during that time we have spent 15 weeks at the resort. During that time we have never lost a days skiing because of poor weather! The runs that are groomed are always superb and apart from weekends and school holidays you are likely to have every run to yourself. It’s ski in ski out and quite frankly the best place we have ever skied, it’s a much nicer experience than Skiing in Europe.” 2
