Over 20 years ago, the Taves started the Applebarn Pumpkin Farm in Abbotsford, BC, with the dream of providing a farm-fun experience centered around the gifts of fall. Every year, we open our doors to our communities who can’t wait to pick local apples (U Pick Apples with 8 varieties including Jonagold and Honeycrisp, explore the the best pumpkin patch ever, navigate the Corn Quest Maze, ride the tire swings, bounce on the jumping pillow, pet the barn animals, bump around on a hayride, ride a pony and so much more. From our family to yours, we invite you to experience A Taste of the Country.

Just around the corner from Victoria’s Inner Harbour, Fisherman’s Wharf is a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered. This unique marine destination offers food kiosks, unique shops and eco-tour adventures in the heart of the working harbour. Wander down the docks with your lunch, buy seafood fresh off the boat, see moored pleasure vessels and float homes, and watch as fishing vessels unload their wares.
EP Orchards is a family owned soft fruit orchard. We grow organic peaches, plums, nectarines and apricots. Come and enjoy our U-Pick or buy fresh fruit which we have picked for you. We welcome families, campers and groups. We look forward to seeing you.

Planet Bee Honey Farm & Honeymoon Meadery offers an authentic and memorable experience into the world of the industrious honeybee. Learn about the amazing world of the honeybee – or stop by to sample our numerous floral varieties of honey and browse the gift shop. Our Honeymoon Mead, or honeywine, has been produced on site since 2011, and is available for complimentary sampling at the tasting bar from 9am-4pm daily. At Planet Bee our mission is to educate people on the importance of the honeybee through sharing their world and amazing products which can enhance our well-being.

Growing food & family memories since 1933! At Davison Orchards, you get fresh, local produce grown right here in Vernon, BC. And we don’t just grow it – we use the ingredients in our bakery and cafe to make the most delicious farm food you’ve ever tasted. Everything we grow is available to you right here on the farm. We invite you to be part of the story of your food from start to finish. You can see the crops growing, the fruit being picked, and the apples being peeled for our famous apple pie. Because our family has been running this farm for over 80 years, we want your whole family to enjoy their time here. There is something for everyone and we hope you’ll make your own happy memories and traditions. Davison Orchards is open daily, from May 1 – October 31.
Open from the last weekend in April to the last weekend in September this Farmers’ Market offers a unique experience of a permenant outdoor marketplace including vendor booths, a food barn, a bandshell for local music and a miniature train that runs during the Sunday market. You will find fresh, local, organically grown produce, meats and eggs as well as fresh baking and preserves. There’s plenty of ready to eat food to keep you satisfied as you listen to live music, enjoy local craftspeople and relax around the stage or the children’s sandbox. For a relaxing experience to help you get a good sense of what Powell River community feels like, join us from May-Sept on Saturdays from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm and Sundays from 12:30 pm – 2:30pm at 4365 McLeod Road. Plenty of parking available including 10 handicap spots close to the entrance.

The Comox Valley Farmers Market Association hosts a year round Saturday Market, plus extra markets through the summer on Wednesdays and Sundays.
