Embracing our history of a vibrant, multicultural port city, Copperpennys bar team is constantly innovating signature cocktails using seasonal, West Coast grown ingredients to compliment our bespoke in-house crafted gins, vodkas, and liqueurs. Designed by former motion picture film decorators turned distillers, our venue, flavours and spirits alike have been inspired by our years of travelling the planet for work and adventure.
