The Kootenay Lake Historical Society is the custodian of the S.S. Moyie, the world’s oldest intact passenger sternwheeler. The Moyie plied Kootenay Lake for 59 years – it is now a National Historic Site and Museum. Open from May through October, visitors are taken back in time when the board the vessel. Fun for families and people of all ages!
