The visitor centre has an open parking lot with lots of room for all types of vehicles; no marked stalls. Pets are welcome and there are green spaces nearby.

Cranbrook Tourism’s downtown Visitor Information Centre is open year-round, providing locals and visitors to Cranbrook with information on accommodations, restaurants, shopping, directions and community services around the region. Cranbrook Tourism also operates a satellite Visitor Information Centre at 620 Van Horne Street (Elizabeth Lake), which is open from early June until Labour Day.
