The Prince George Farmers Market has been serving the Prince George Community since 1995. The Market runs YEAR-ROUND from 8:30-2 every Saturday. Our Vendors offer exquisite artisan crafts, fresh local produce, prepared hot-foods, and so much more! Each week the Market hosts live music outside so come down, relax and enjoy the pulse of Prince George’s downtown culture!

Central BC Railway & Forestry Museum revives Prince George’s captivating history back to an era when the railway was the region’s lifeline and forestry was becoming BC’s future. The Museum presents an interesting and fun industrial heritage attraction in a spacious park-like setting, where visitors are free to enjoy a “hands on – climb aboard” experience. All aboard!

Huble Homestead Historic Site is a turn of the century heritage attraction located north of Prince George, BC, on Lheidli T’enneh keyoh. This living history museum, open daily from Victoria Day to Labour Day, is located alongside the Fraser River and offers visitors a glimpse of settler life in northern British Columbia. The site is currently closed for the winter months, but in the summer is open to the public for tours, special events, lunch, and shopping in the General Store. Huble Homestead is 40 km north of Prince George, just off Hwy 97 on Mitchell Road. Admission is by donation.

Northern Lights Estate Winery is a fruit winery located in Prince George BC. The facility sits at the base of the scenic cut banks and overlooks the Nechako River and downtown Prince George. Services offered at the winery include wine tasting, wine purchases, patio with scenic views, and a 200 seat amphitheater for hosting weddings, concerts, and other events.

The Exploration Place is a Northern BC non-profit organization and registered charity whose goal is to preserve our local history and foster lifelong learning in the areas of science, technology heritage and culture. The Exploration Place is Northern BC’s largest museum and only science centre Come discover local history, explore hands-on science, experience new exhibits, shop to your heart’s content in Elements Retail, and grab delicious, fresh, locally-made treats in Origins Kitchen. The Little Prince Steam Engine operates seasonally, from the May long weekend to the September Labour Day statutory holiday, and then on the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.

Two Rivers Gallery is a vital centre for visual art in Prince George and the central interior of British Columbia, Canada. It is run by the nonprofit Prince George Regional Art Gallery Association with a mission to: Encourage lifelong learning through the arts, Create an environment for vigorous artistic and cultural expression and Provide opportunities for diverse experiences through participation and exhibition.

Theatre NorthWest is a regional, professional theatre dedicated to bringing our audience a wide range of plays drawn from contemporary Canadian and international repertoires. Actors and other theatre professionals are contracted for each production from across Canada to work with our resident staff in order to bring together a four-play season which runs from September to May.
