One of the largest and best festivals in the South Okanagan, The Festival of the Grape is something you don't want to miss! The entire community comes out to celebrate the wine industry and enjoy the amazing entertainment.

Most of the regions wineries will be here representing their vintages, there will be numerous food vendors to tantalize your taste buds, there will be vendors selling everything from decorative wine corks to aromatic soaps, and an entire field is devoted to entertaining the children.

Join proprietors JAK & Janice Meyer of McLean Creek Road Vineyard, for a morning hike up Peach Cliff Bluff & take in the beautiful views of Okanagan Falls, Skaha Lake & Vaseux Lake.

Following the hike, we'll relax amidst the vineyard, while sipping on a Sangria or one of our award-winning wines; and savouring a delicious homemade brunch.

This is an intermediate to difficult hike & we recommend that you bring appropriate clothing, footwear, water and snacks as these will not be provided. Our adventure will begin at 8:30 am sharp. Please meet at the top of 6th Avenue in Okanagan Falls. Duration of the hike is approximately 1 hour to an hour & a half. Tickets are $30 + GST per person.

Joy Road Catering's Cuisine du Terroir will be paired with the some of the best wines and hospitality that the region has to offer as you visit three iconic wineries.

The evening begins as the Mavety Family welcomes you to Blue Mountain Vineyard & Cellars for the 1st course of your culinary adventure. Enjoy the view of McIntyre Bluff as you learn the history of Blue Mountain.

You will then be transported by GrapeEscapes Wine Tours to your 2nd dining adventure at Meyer Family Vineyards, for the successive course with Jak and Janice Meyer, featuring the freshest, locally-produced, seasonal ingredients.

The finale to your evening will be held at John Skinner's ultra-modern new tasting room at Painted Rock Estate Winery.

SAFE IN SOUND featuring DESTROID, FLUX PAVILION and DOCTOR P will make you feel the pounding in your chest & a rumble underneath your feet. A first of its kind festival experience, it will hit 20 cities in September and October, setting a new standard for bass music presentation.

Getting those bass-bins & stacks rattling on Safe In Sound will be some of the biggest names to emerge from the bass scene, including Caked Up, Destroid (Excision's Super Group), Doctor P, Flux Pavlion & Terravita. This event will also mark a homecoming for Okanagan Valley natives Excision & Downlink, two of the powerhouses behind Destroid, along with KJ Sawka.
