The Osoyoos Desert Centre is a nature interpretive centre where visitors can learn about desert ecology, habitat restoration and conservation of endangered ecosystems in the South Okanagan. The Centre offers visitors an opportunity to explore Canada's desert by taking a guided or self-guided tour along a 1.5 km wooden boardwalk. Visitors can also enjoy hands-on activities and exhibits in the interpretive centre or take a stroll through the native plant demonstration garden. We are located 3 km north of Osoyoos off Hwy 97 and are open annually from late April through early October.

Rock Candy Mountain is a family-friendly crystal collecting experience. Imagine a place where the ground is covered with beautiful green and purple fluorite, and the land owners are friendly, so you can pick up all you want! Our heritage 1920's mine property hosts a safe and exciting adventure. Your guide will show you how to collect sparkling quartz crystal geodes and our famous yellow barite crystals, while enjoying the view from our mountaintop above the Granby. We provide hammers & safety goggles. Please wear closed-toe shoes, rocks can be sharp. Rock Candy fluorite & barite specimens are prized by museums world wide!

Located in Salmon Arm city limits, the heart of the Shuswap, we are a 5-10 min walk from fair grounds, malls, and city centre. We offer 4 adult and 3 children's slides with 3 toddler wading pools and fountains as well as 2 hot tubs. Our 18 hole mini golf is very challenging and fun. We also provide a full concession, large gift shop and arcade. If needing to rest for the night, we have 55 sites with water and electrical hookups for your RV. Hot showers and a small laundry area are also available for public use.
