On Vancouver Island, go cross-country skiing at Mount Washington Alpine Resort and peaceful Strathcona Provincial Park, which is conveniently located just outside the resort boundaries.
Mount Washington’s cross-country skiing facilities are world-class: it’s an official training site for XC Canada, and three international teams trained here prior to the 2010 Winter Games.
