Oliver offers a range of accommodations that highlight the town's slogan "Wine Capital of Canada," its agricultural roots, and opportunities for summer water activities on Tuc-el-Nuit Lake and Vaseux Lake. While there are no hotels, the area offers a wide selection of B&Bs and guesthouses, a few small motels and numerous RV resorts and campgrounds.
Winery Guesthouses
Stay at a working winery with views of the vineyards, the aroma of fermenting grapes and no driving after tasting. Near Oliver, enjoy luxury guesthouse accommodations at the Villa at Hester Creek, which lies across the valley in the Golden Mile area.
Lakeshore Retreats
Two quiet lakes in and near Oliver prohibit the use of powerboats, making them ideal for swimming, canoeing and kayaking. Tuc-el-Nuit Lake, in the heart of town, offers three RV resorts.

The Lakeside Resort also provides motel suites in studio to 3-bedroom configuration. Vaseux Lake, 14km/8.7mi north of town, hosts a bird sanctuary and opportunities for viewing California bighorn sheep. Condo rentals are available at Vaseux Lakefront Resort and there are 12 campsites at Vaseux Lake Provincial Park.

Oliver is a haven for RV enthusiasts and campers, with eight parks offering the full range of RV services. Four provincial parks within a 21km/13mi radius of the town centre – Vaseux Lake, Inkameep, Okanagan Falls and Haynes Point – provide an additional 85 campsites.
