When to go River Rafting
Time a trip according to thrill tolerance with normal flows in May, July and August, and lower flow in late summer and autumn. For the maximum adrenaline rush shoot the rapids at the height of the snowmelt runoff in June.
The full length of the Adams River, which runs between Adams Lake and Shuswap Lake, lies within Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial Park. The water is clear and the shoreline is clean.
