Seek The Peak is back for its 10th anniversary year complete with 16 kilometers of ultimate fitness bragging rights & a challenge that is guaranteed to leave you breathless.

With an awe inspiring 4100 ft climb Seek The Peak will test your fitness, stamina, strength & overall mental toughness but the camaraderie will keep you powering onwards & upwards. With every upward step you take along the route from Ambleside Park in West Vancouver to the Peak of Vancouver at Grouse Mountain valuable funds will be raised for the BC Cancer Foundation's lifesaving work in the fight against breast cancer.

The Test of Metal is an annual 67-kilometre cross-country mountain bike race held in and around Squamish.

The demanding course, with over 1,200 metres of climbing and 35 kilometres of singletrack, takes just under three hours for the fastest riders and between four and five hours for the majority of competitors.

It is an unforgettable day for everyone involved. For those in the saddle, it is in every way a test of mettle.

The race is part of the Squamish Mountainbike Festival, a weekend of mountain biking, trials, and related events.

Now in its 18th year this tremendously popular, yet low-key, grassroots race is famous not only for its commemorative "Hoody" but also for its 1 loop swim course, beautiful ride through the Saanich Peninsula, & 2 loop trail around the scenic lake setting. This triathlon was recently named as one of the top 10 Greenest Triathlons in the world! Ahousaht Wild Side Heritage Trail The "Run the Wild Side" is back for the 2nd year, bigger and longer. Last year's run was such a success with the 5 km and 10 km runs that this year will include the 10 km and now a 22 km marathon.

Used by the Ahousaht people for thousands of years, the Wild Side Trail is an 11 km escape into the remote wilderness of Clayhoquot Sound. The trail winds its way through ancient Sitka forests and 9 pristine beaches. Ahousaht is accessible from Tofino by boat or air only.

The Kusam Klimb is a wild and rugged 23 km loop heading up and over Mount H'Kusam and down the Stowe Creek watershed.

Starting at sea level, participants pass through some of the most spectacular scenery on Vancouver Island with views of mountain peaks and the Johnstone Strait as they negotiate their way over the well-developed trail.

The Kusam Klimb draws participants from around the world hoping to conquer the mountain. Are YOU tough enough?

Free the Children and Grouse Mountain present the Whistler Water One Climb on Saturday, June 22nd. The One Climb is an inspiring one-day event to raise money to bring clean water to over 10,000 people in Kenya. Wear blue and join the party at the base of the Grouse Grind, then Climb with hundreds of others. The dance party continues at the top, ending with the amazing Spencer West.
