Ballet Kelowna presents the extraordinary Canadian premiere, and the only Canadian engagement, of The Ashley Bouder Project.

New York City Ballet Principal Dancer, Ashley Bouder, will be joined onstage by an ensemble of New York City Ballet's most remarkable company dancers to present a performance experience of the highest calibre. The much-anticipated premiere will feature excerpts from Don Quixote, Swan Lake, Agon and the Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux, as well as the groundbreaking Canadian premiere of Rouge et Noir, choreographed by Kelowna-native Joshua Beamish.

Tickets are available online. $73 for adults; $63 for students & seniors and $33 for children.

Kamloops Symphony presents Soul Music on March 7, live at Sagebrush Theatre, with guest soloist Nicolò Eugelmi.

This programme features music by Brahms, Walton and Dvorák. Both Brahms and Dvorák were at the peak of the Romantic era of composition. Dvorák wrote from the heart and Brahms' compositions were driven by passion. Walton was late in the Romantic era of composition, but wrote with the same zeal and attention to detail as Brahms. All three composers have a soulful quality, and combined make up the Soul Music programme.
