The 2013 Investors Peach Classic Triathlon will be the 31st running of this long standing event. The Peach Classic Triathlon is the oldest running triathlon in the BC interior having first started in 1983. The race includes both Olympic and Sprint distances. This year the race will be covered live by 4 internet cameras. Finish, swim, transition bike/run. You'll be able to watch it on this site. It will also be recorded for later viewing

Ahoy mateys! For one magical day young & old alike gather together at Maffeo Sutton Park to enjoy one of Nanaimo's Premiere events: the Silly Boat Regatta. The event includes boat building, free fun family activities, face painting, crafts, games, a sports zone, music, Coast Capital Savings Wally's World, a children's regatta & of course, the main grand championship regatta.

This spectacular day full of fun, camaraderie & of course, silly antics is a fundraiser for the Nanaimo Child Development Centre.

Join the Dirty Feet crew for a cross country mountain bike marathon on a new and improved course for 2013! Ride solo or bring your team and choose from 20 km, 40 km and 60 km courses.

There will be a 20 km marked course so you choose your distance by completing 1 lap, 2 laps or 3 laps either as a solo rider or in a team. Teams race in relay format so each rider does a lap of 20 km.

Touch-a-Truck is a fun, hands-on, educational event for the whole family! Machine operators will be on hand to talk to children about the machines and to answer questions. Vehicles and interactive displays from Central Fraser Valley Transit, Abbotsford Forestry Equipment & Supplies, Recycling Abbotsford, Bobcat Country Equipment and Eagle West Crane & Trucking are just a few of the companies that will be on-site and available for photo opportunities. Proceeds from the BBQ lunch will benefit Matthew's House and the Abbotsford Hospice Society.
