This mountain Half Marathon is a unique race on the circuit, & will be your most memorable. Starting near treeline, climb over 2000 feet to the summit of Babcock Mountain. There claim your reward in the spectacular open terrain at the top of the mountain as you begin the descent home. The skyline to the west is a tableau of rugged limestone and snow of the Northern Rockies in summer.

Verano 2013 is a two day exhibition and sale of works by some of the best artisans in the Okanagan Valley. The show and sale of handmade works by creative professional metal sculptors, silversmiths, painters, fabric artists, clay sculptors will be held at the farmers' market garden space in downtown Osoyoos, after the August long weekend. Annual Lakeside Event promises to be yet another exciting edition of Canada's longest running light aviation meet. This fly-in is great fun for spectators and pilots alike. Hang gliders and Paragliders take off from Mt. Swansea and descend to targets on the beach and in the water beside the Lakeside Pub on beautiful Lake Windermere. There is also an aerobatic contest for Paraglider pilots above Lake Windermere.

The Arc'teryx Squamish 50 is a TOUGH RACE and a truly unforgettable trail ultra experience.
