Pub Food and Nightlife

Loud music, welcoming fire, artfully clad moose and snow-cat DJ booth… pretty much sums up the surroundings inside the Gunbarrel Saloon and goes some way to explaining why Ski Canada Magazine has rated this the best Après Ski Bar in the country.

Pub food served all day and into the wee hours runs the gamut from burgers and wraps to pasta and homemade soups. But the big story here is the signature Gunbarrel Coffee. A little brandy and a lot of showmanship make this drink an Apex icon.

Diner Out

International cuisine comes to the mountain at the Rock Oven Bar and Grill in the Apex Mountain Inn. Enjoy the comfortable atmosphere of this family-friendly restaurant that serves lunch and dinner as well as weekend breakfast.
