Transportation & Maps
Located 26km/16mi east of Vancouver on the Barnett Highway, Port Moody hugs the eastern shores of the Burrard Inlet, bordered by Coquitlam on the east and south, and Burnaby to the west.
Car Travel
A car is the most practical way to explore the villages, parks and picturesque residential communities that line the shore and climb the mountain. Since car rental agencies are available in nearby Coquitlam Centre, Port Moody has no need to provide these services. Taxi services include Bel-Air and Port Moody Taxi.
Indian Arm Recreation Service provides water taxi services for people, kayaks and more to places such as Twin Islands Marine Park, Granite Falls Campsite and Camp Jubilee.
