Gallery 2 – the Grand Forks Art Gallery is Boundary Country’s public art gallery. Since 1984 the gallery has been a centre for contemporary visual arts and culture programming for locals and visitors alike. Gallery 2 is housed in the heritage 1910 courthouse building located right on Highway 3 at the west end of downtown Grand Forks. On the main floor, the gift shop showcases a carefully curated collection of regional crafts, the art rental gallery features a sample of local artworks available to rent, and the Heritage gallery provides a graphic overview of the history of the area. In the main galleries upstairs, engaging exhibitions will surprise and delight you and provoke conversation. Gallery 2 presents exhibits that place Grand Forks and the Boundary Region in the larger contemporary cultural context.

Painted Boat Resort & Marina is the premier resort on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada. Location: The best access road is off of Highway 3 about 6km east of Bridesville. Follow Johnstone Creek Road for 25km to the park. It is a maintained gravel road and takes approximately 40 minutes from the highway turnoff. Other access points off of Highway 33 and from OK Falls are not well marked and are unmaintained forestry roads that are not suitable for vehicle traffic. Conkle Lake is a secluded lake in the sub-alpine Kettle Valley area that offers rainbow trout fishing, canoeing, swimming and hiking. Come enjoy the sunshine, sandy beach and pristine views at this out-of-the-way gem! Firewood is available for sale. Open from May Long Weekend through Labour Day.
