Built within a historic and revitalized movie theatre in downtown Penticton, TIME Family of Wines at TIME Winery & Restaurant takes the Okanagan winery experience to a whole new level. Wine lovers & foodies alike are invited to visit the elegant tasting bar and restaurant to discover beautifully crafted wines from our Chronos, McWatters Collection, TIME Winery, & Evolve Cellars family of wine brands, alongside the best locally curated casual dishes in the Okanagan from Orolo Restaurant and cocktail bar. Reserve an elevated tasting or dive into one of our educational experiences including the ever-popular ‘Sabre School’. Our Chronos tasting room is currently under reservations; however, tastings can be made by reservations 48 hours in advance. Orolo is open Monday and Tuesday 5:00PM-9:00PM, Wednesday and Thursday 12:00PM – 9:00PM, Friday and Saturday 12:00PM-10:00PM, and Sunday Brunch 10:30AM – 3:00PM
