Registration
Sellers must register to confirm their intent to attend the event. Registration is now open.
- Early Bird: Before July 15: $400
- Regular: July 16 – September 15: $500
- Late: September 16 – October 10, 2025 – $600
- Registration Closes after October 10, 2025 or until spots are sold out.
Additional delegates:
Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask each organization to register one delegate for the marketplace. However, recognizing the high level of interest in adding a second participant, Destination BC is currently exploring ways to accommodate additional delegates. Please note that while we are exploring options, we cannot guarantee that additional delegates will be permitted. Further details will be shared as they become available.
Cancellation Notice:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by Monday, September 15, 2025.
Refund Policy:
For cancellations received on or before midnight (PT) on Monday, September 15, 2025, Destination BC shall refund 100% of the registration payment. *Please note, the platform processing fees are not refundable.
- Cancellations received after Monday, September 15, 2025 the entire payment shall be forfeited.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Transfer of Registration:
Registrations may be transferred to another representative within your organization at no additional cost, pending approval by Destination BC. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and include the full contact details of the replacement participant to [email protected].
Event Changes or Cancellation by Destination BC:
Destination BC reserves the right to modify event details or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and full refunds will be issued for any registration fees paid.
Insurance:
Participants are responsible for arranging any necessary insurance related to their travel for this event.
