Policies & Restrictions

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.
Group Policy
Refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 30 days of departure for group bookings of 10 or more.
Age Restrictions
Must be 13 years of age or older for the Elaho. Must be 5 years of age or older for Cheakamus.
Clothing Gear Required
We provide all rafting gear, wetsuits, booties, PFD's and helmets.
Weight Restriction
Must be over 40 kg (90 lbs) for the Elaho. Must be over 22 kg (50 lbs) for the Cheakamus.
