The market will run each Wednesday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm June through to September, offering an amazing mix of local produce, plants, prepared foods, body care, and hand-made arts and crafts. Customers can rest assured that they are supporting the local economy due to the fact that 80% of each vendor's wares must be made locally to be sold at this market. This is the 32nd annual one quarter Ironman triathlon held in Nelson, BC.

Swim 1 kilometre, bike 44 km and run 10 km.

The event continues to be for everyone from top-ranking amateurs to adult and youth participants who are entering for pure enjoyment.

We have an adult sprint course for people who are just breaking into the world of triathlon and team events ideal for family participation.

Nelson's Queen City Cruise, the city of Nelson's only car show, has continued to grow since the first cruise in 2003. Car collectors from far & wide find the appeal to show off their cars in the heritage city. Nelson offers big city cosmopolitan dining, unique shopping & lodging in the beautiful setting on Kootenay Lake. Saturday morning begins the show on historic Baker Street in downtown Nelson.
