The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Whistler provides treatments with West Coast ingredients, such as a maple and honey scrub; seaweed and glacial clay wraps; and juniper and lavender steam tent infusion. Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa provides an authentic Javanese spa experience. Try the four-hand Prameswari Queen massage or the Merapi Volcano Body wrap – these treatments were traditionally reserved for Javanese royalty.

Meadow Park Sports Centre is a popular drop-in fitness centre just 3km/2mi north of Whistler Village. Meadow Park offers a swimming pool, fitness classes and large workout area, and is accessible via the Valley Trail or Whistler public transit.
Whistler has numerous practitioners that offer wellness treatments and physiotherapy, as well as yoga, pilates and other fitness classes. Many yoga and wellness studios encourage drop-ins and clinics with licensed therapists can often accommodate visitors on short notice. Ask at hotels, B&B’s, or the Whistler Visitor Centre for recommendations.
