The Port Hardy Visitor Centre is located at Carrot Park where scenic views of Hardy Bay and the snowcapped Coastal Mountains will enchant you. Be sure to photograph the handcarved Port Hardy sign as this is truly the end of the Island Highway. Take a stroll along the seawalk to view seals, sea lions, eagles and you may be lucky enough to spot whales! Come inside and say hello to our talented team of Travel Counsellors. They will send you on adventures you have only dreamed of. And of course take home an official Port Hardy souvenir. Electric Car Charger.

How to Get Here

Port Hardy is located at the northern end of Vancouver Island. 382 km from Nanaimo (4.5 hour driving time).
