The Araxi Longtable Dinners are one of British Columbia's most exciting al fresco dining experiences. New this year, the inaugural Longtable Dinner in Vancouver will be the largest dinner to date and will provide a dramatic oceanside setting. Award-winning executive chef James Walt crafts exclusive four-course menus that showcase his internationally recognized farm-to-table creations with wine pairings by Araxi wine director Samantha Rahn, 2013 Sommelier of the Year, and service orchestrated by renowned restaurant director Neil Henderson.

Tickets are $175.00 per person and include a welcome reception, four-course menu, wine pairings, and tax and gratuity.

Initiated by up-and-coming artist Jamie Smith, ROVE is a gallery crawl that promotes local artists around Main Street. Drawing on response from the community, Smith's exhibit, 'Words to live by,' will use visual art to depict the mantras that inspire our daily lives. Attendees are encourage to start at one of eight galleries and pick up a map and then "rove" around Main Street viewing local art at each space.

Rove is the first in an intimate event series titled Revolving Door taking place at Meccanica's new presentation centre between August - November 2014, aimed at cultivating culture and fostering a deeper sense of community within the Southeast False Creek neighbourhood.

Ahoy! Landlubbers & old salts! Celebrate Richmond's traditional connections with the sea at the Annual Richmond Maritime Festival. This free family event will give you the opportunity to see a variety of maritime exhibits, enjoy live entertainment, view boats & participate in hands-on demonstrations. On the water there will be a floating exhibition of boats for your viewing pleasure. Many boats will be at the docks of the shipyard, including historic fishing boats & classic power & sail boats.

The National Bank Easter Seals Charity Regatta, hosted by the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club is in support of Easter Seals House Vancouver.

A number of boats have already registered for this year's Easter Seals Cup race, with regatta organizers still counting on a few more boats to signup. The National Bank Easter Seals Regatta is one of the the largest charity regatta's on the West Coast & a great opportunity for boat owners to enjoy a fun 'pirate themed' day on the water while supporting a good cause.

The 'Festival in the Park' afterwards offers a chance for the whole family to kick back & relax after a fun day of racing. There will be a salmon BBQ, beer garden, live band & a fabulous silent auction.
