Come celebrate children & families in our community at the Island Children's Festival, featuring a headline performance by Fred Penner. Also performing is children's singer & songwriter, Shé; Mad Science of Vancouver Island; Michael Jackson impersonator & musician, Tristan Thompson; & local dance group, Dansko. Activities offered at the event include arts & crafts, kid's yoga, games, face painting, a bouncy castle, & many more. Local food vendors will also be on location. Featuring vocalists Chelsea Kutyn, Jennifer Sanders, Timothy Kyle and Stan Davis - backed by a 3-piece band - the group performs hit songs from such artists as the Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi, Pink Floyd, the Fifth Dimension... and many others.
