Every July 1st, it's free admission at Fort Rodd Hill & Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites. Parks Canada invites you to celebrate Canada Day in one of Victoria's most popular places to explore or relax. From 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, come join the festivities. This three day event honours the prime industries of Northern Vancouver Island: Forestry and Fishing and our Festival. The Logger Sports event depicts the past and present logging practices through entertaining competitions between loggers. The Campbell River Salmon Festival is the largest of its kind in Canada for prize purses and number of events.

In keeping with our name, we will be presenting the 8th annual Seafood Cook-Off. Friday will be the Oyster cooking Contest and Saturday and Sunday will be various seafood competitions and demonstrations. There is something for everyone at the 48th Annual Campbell River Salmon Fest!
