Ocean's Day has been celebrated worldwide since 1992, when it was declared a celebratory day to care for our oceans at the Rio de Janeiro Earth Summit. On June 8th, many partners in Campbell River are coming together to help make this a fun-filled family event. Most of the activity will take place around the Maritime Heritage Centre.
