Les Amusements de la Chambre presents Ha¨ndel's Salon, a concert of chamber music for soprano, violin, and piano by George Frideric Händel. The program includes a selection of Ha¨ndel's English songs (HWV 228), a fascinating group of works that offer a glimpse into London's rich and varied musical life of the early eighteenth century. These beautiful works are rarely heard in live performance in Canada, so this is a concert experience that is not to be missed!
