Discover your inner cowboy as you take to the trails. The Vancouver, Coast & Mountains region is home to a host of stables and ranches that offer both western and English riding. Horseback riding lessons are also available at a number of locations throughout the region.

Trot along the region's many riding trails: trek up majestic mountains, amble through fertile valleys, canter through rolling meadows, or walk in forested parks. You can even ride right in Metro Vancouver in Pacific Spirit Park. This region is also home to Langley, which bills itself as the "Horse Capital of BC."

In May, cheer on the pros at the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair, BC's largest professional rodeo, or watch show jumping and dressage at Thunderbird Show Park.
