The One Climb is an inspiring one-day event to raise money to bring clean water to over 10,000 people in Kenya. Wear blue and join the party at the base of the Grouse Grind, then Climb with hundreds of others. The dance party continues at the top, ending with the amazing Spencer West.

In October 2010, a group of pre-existing skaters joined forces to create the Mainland Misfits Roller Derby Association. Brought together by our shared passion for North America's fastest growing sport, and inspired by our fellow skaters to create a positive athletic environment open to both men and women, we set up shop in Cloverdale, British Columbia. So come and see us play June 22 the MMRDA Doomsday Bunnies and the K City Rollers take to the ring for a fun filled family friendly game of... roller derby! Tickets available at the door.

Tough Mudder is a hardcore 16-19 kilometre obstacle course designed by British Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit & camaraderie.

The event has already challenged half a million inspiring participants worldwide.

By running a Tough Mudder challenge, you'll unlock a true sense of accomplishment, have a great time & discover a camaraderie with your fellow participants that's experienced all too rarely these days.

This year's event will take place at Whistler Olympic Park.

After you finish the course, grab a beer & hang out with your fellow Mudders. There'll be a band & lots of food for sale.

Join us June 23, 2013 for the 15th annual Scotiabank Vancouver Half-Marathon and 5k Run/Walk.

This event is Canada's easiest scenic half-marathon, running past beaches, with mountains in the background, and finishing in Stanley Park, with a net drop of 76 metres (250 feet).

The half-marathon start time is 7 am, while the 5k starts at 9 am.

This year will be the 13th year for Tour de Delta. Tour de Delta attracts over 200 of the best cyclists from across the world. Tour de Delta will again feature the Friday evening MK Delta Criterium event in the Social Heart of North Delta. Taking place on a 1.2 km route, this race will bring you the same hair-raising excitement as the popular Brenco Criterium on Saturday night in Ladner. The exciting weekend of racing will end with the White Spot | Delta Road Race, an internationally sanctioned 1.2 UCI event through the streets of Tsawwassen.

Scotiabank Canadian Open Fastpitch welcomes hundreds of college and university scouts to the Scotiabank Canadian Open Fastpitch International Championship. This tournament provides players with an excellent opportunity to be considered for scholarships to some of the top schools in North America.
