Every 2 weeks on Wednesday from October 29, 2014 to December 17, 2014

Drum circles have 4 intentions. First, everyone has rhythm. A drum circle allows you to explore your inner rhythm, in a non-judgemental environment with friendly people. Second, to promote community, we learn that by listening to each other, each person has something to contribute. Third is health and wellness. Drumming not only helps reduce stress, it also helps us connect with our mind, body and spirit, creating balance. And finally and most importantly is to HAVE FUN!

Cost is $5, and drums are provided for those who don't have one.
