Certified organic vegetables, apples, plums, pears & cherries in season. Local wild huckleberries, jams & jellies & fresh baking are also featured. Local soap, bath & beauty products & local crafts display the diverse culture of the Kootenay Boundary area. Lots of parking, a picnic site, playground & washroom facilities are near the market.

This may be the only Farmers' Market in BC where all vendors only sell organic foods. The vendors offer a wide variety of locally produced vegetables, fruits, beef, dairy products, grains and baked goods. The market is open every Wednesday afternoon from May through October and continues every second Wednesday from November through April.

This will be the 18th season for The Kelowna Farmers' & Crafters' Market. From humble beginnings we've grown to become British Columbia's largest Farmers' Market, which is quite an accomplishment. With ongoing concerns over our food sources, our environment, and with the awareness of the benefits of eating locally produced foods, we are seeing a growing attendance each year. More and more people are willing to support and encourage our local farmers and artisans by shopping at The Kelowna Farmers' & Crafters' Market. Market is open Wednesday and Saturday.

The Sorrento Market is the place to be on a Shuswap Saturday morning. Fresh local organic produce, fine baked goods, eggs, cut flowers, preserves; Shuswap artisans sell their wares and local musicians entertain. It is fun to stroll among outdoor stalls of fresh produce and local crafts and tap your feet to the music. The Farmers' Market makes shopping a pleasure.
