Telegraph Cove has just two places to eat, however Port McNeill, 22km/14mi north, expands a diner's options with a range of ethnic eateries, fine dining and coffee shops.

Killer Whale Cafe

The cedar-and-beam Killer Whale Café is located in the renovated Saltery at the Telegraph Cove Resort. A Greek-oriented menu offers traditional sunny fare from spanakopita to souvlaki, plus steaks, fish and seafood. The same building houses the Old Saltery Pub.

Seahorse Café & Gallery

The casual Seahorse Café & Gallery boasts harbour views, espresso and an easygoing menu including burritos, crepes, burgers and smoothies. The gallery showcases pottery, jewellery and art for sale. The season runs from June to the end of Sept.
