Images Minus Wet Feet
Want to try marine life photography? Okay, cheat: Produce terrific images without setting a pinkie in the sea. Bring a camera to the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre. Hold it steady and shoot close-ups of critters from undulating jellyfish to the giant Pacific octopus. Viewers assume the photographer was born with gills.
For more information on diving, drop into the Sidney Visitor Centre at 10382 Pat Bay Hwy, just two minutes from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.
