Party in the park is a free drop in recreational program for children 8+. We will be going around to various parks in and around Salmon Arm playing games with the children. The children are free to come and go and there is no registration required. We will be out at the scheduled park rain or shine with a bunch of fun games to play. Enjoy a morning exploring the products the area has to offer and meet the farmers, bakers and crafters.

The market is held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, April 25-October 10.

This may be the only Farmers' Market in BC where all vendors sell organic foods. The vendors offer a wide variety of locally produced vegetables, fruits, beef, dairy products, grains and baked goods.

The market is open every Wednesday afternoon from May through October and continues every second Wednesday from November through April.

Chase CornStock is an annual festival held on the shores of the beautiful Little Shuswap Lake to celebrate the start of the season for Chase's delicious, world-famous corn!

The CornStock Stage features great performances by musicians & DJ's from throughout the Shuswap. The CornField Market includes a selection of produce & products from local farmers, crafters & food vendors.

The Interior Savings Little Kernels Zone is home to an assortment of crafts & activities for the children, including face painting, corn husk doll making, & interactive performers.

The Watering Hole is a great place for guests 19+ to grab some cold suds with their friends & enjoy the performances on the CornStock Stage.

Admission to CornStock is by donation. Donations of $5+ will receive an entry for the fantastic door prizes.

Celebrate the 22nd Anniversary of this world class music event! The Salmon Arm Roots and Blues Festival is the premiere multicultural music festival of the BC Interior featuring numerous first class acts on multiple stages. The festival showcases an eclectic array of music including exhilarating world rhythms, stirring roots, gospel music and the finest blues stylings north of the Mississippi.

Roots and blues takes place on a beautiful 7.2 ha site in Salmon Arm, halfway between Calgary and Vancouver. Amenities include beverage gardens, an artisan market, global food village, children's area and pre-registered camping.

The Salmon Arm Roots & Blues Festival is the largest music festival in the BC Interior. Nestled in the beautiful Shuswap, It draws over 30,000 people each year. During the daytime, six stages run concurrently featuring many genres including Blues, World, Alt-Roots, Folk, Dance & many more. At night, two stages play dynamic headlining acts; The TD Main Stage at one end of the grounds, and the Boogie Barn Stage at the other. With an interactive Family Fun Zone, global food vendors, high caliber workshops, quality Canadian made crafts, non-profit booths, yoga, local wine tasting and a beer garden, there is something for everyone. It's a great place for friends and family to come together in the summertime. Kids under 12 get in free!
