Stag's Hollow, a small boutique winery, prides itself on making limited, high-quality wines. Named Winery of the Year by WinePress Northwest (2012), it is tucked into the hills surrounding Okanagan Falls & was the first winery in the Okanagan to use geothermal heating & cooling to produce wines. One of the newest wineries to make its mark on the Okanagan wine scene. Their story starts some 15 years ago when connections were made working in the Vancouver restaurant industry.
