In the Windermere Valley, golf is more than mere recreation – it is a way of life. There are no less than nine 18-hole and six 9-hole courses in the area, with one spectacular golf course at Panorama Mountain Resort.

Greywolf Golf Course

Built right at the base of the Panorama ski hill, Greywolf Golf Course's alpine setting is simply amazing. The course looks as though it has been literally carved out of the mountainside, with an elevation differential of 122m/400ft between its highest and lowest points.

Designed by renowned golf course architect Doug Carrick, Greywolf has received many accolades since it opened in 1999. In 2005, the "Cliffhanger" won ScoreGolf's "Golfer's Choice" award for the best par 3 hole in British Columbia. Golf Digest ranks this course in the top 10 in Canada and in the top 100 outside of the US.
