Dining options in the Nimpo Lake area are limited but good. As well, three well-stocked grocery stores provide supplementary picnic alternatives.
Resort Dining
The Dean on Nimpo provides fine dining. Eagle's Nest Resort, a 20-minute drive west of Nimpo Lake on Anahim Lake, has a lakefront dining area serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. During the summer, fireside dining is available on the screened verandah.
Groceries and supplies
Nimpo Lake General Store, located right on Highway 20 is a general store and fueling station. Pick up area maps here too. Just ten minutes west of Nimpo Lake in Anahim Lake is Christensen's store. Anahim Lake's Trading Store, just down the road from Christensen's has an in-store deli.
