Halcyon Hot Springs Village and Spa
Soaking in the pools at Halcyon Hot Springs is certainly a rejuvenating experience. However, adding a hot stone massage or aromatherapy treatment can take this to a whole new level. (Massage sessions can last from 40 to 85 minutes.) Other services include facials, manicures, and pedicures. Half-day packages are available. Halcyon Hot Springs Village and Spa is situated on the lakeshore, 32km/20mi north of Nakusp, off Highway 23.

The NACOMO Wellness Centre is a cooperative of wellness practitioners that promotes self-awareness, self-discovery, and self-expression through movement, education, and other creative opportunities.

The group offers classes in yoga, tai chi, feldenkrais, karate, drumming, qi gong, wave dance, and belly dancing. Drop-ins are welcome at the centre, which is located in Nakusp on 5th Avenue, south of Broadway.
Nakusp Celebration of Wellness
Every second year (even numbered), Nakusp serves as the venue for a wellness festival. The weekend-long Nakusp Celebration of Wellness is held in late June at the Nakusp Sports Complex Arena. The festival features workshops on yoga and art therapy and showcases healing products and services.
