Santa Claus has made his list, checked it twice and has decided that the children of Nanaimo have been oh, so nice! Now, Santa has decided to make a special visit, all the way from the North Pole to Nanaimo. On Saturday, November 30th at the harbourfront in downtown, children from all over will come to welcome Santa and his entourage of singing dancing Elves, who will be arriving in Nanaimo aboard a Harbour Air sea plane. Santa's arrival in Nanaimo is to officially open his namesake workshop in downtown Nanaimo and to star in the Lion's Club Santa Parade at 5pm. The DNBIA invites children and families to kick off the holiday this season and celebrate Santa's official arrival in Downtown Nanaimo!
