The Festival in the Park opens in Kinsman Park, on hand are dozens of food and merchandise vendors and a variety of activities and entertainment to keep everyone in a great mood. The Miss Castlegar Pageant also takes place on Friday evening in the Stanley Humphries Secondary School theatre.
