SummerSounds is live musical entertainment Saturdays in Cranbrook's Rotary Park from approximately 11:00 am to 3:00 pm beginning Saturday, June 28 and ending Oct. 11 (with exception of August 16 and 23rd).

Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy the sounds. Please bring along a lawn chair. This year Jamie Neve, well known singer/songwriter/guitarist as a solo artist and as a member of 60 Hertz will be running the show.

5Peaks is a trail running series, aimed at getting families and recreational runners off the road and to encourage participants to set and achieve goals. The 5Peaks series (Kids 1 km, Youth 3 km, Sport 5 km, Enduro 11 km) runs from May to September throughout the different cities in the Kootenay Rockies region.

This stop includes the Canadian Uphill Running Championships.
