Dining
Klemtu has very limited dining options. Visitors should come prepared with food and supplies.
Bella Coola, Shearwater on Denny Island, Prince Rupert, and Port Hardy are all ports of call on the BC Ferries' route to Klemtu, and each have restaurants.
Spirit Bear Lodge
The one accommodation in Klemtu, Spirit Bear Lodge, does provide small kitchens in each of its six units. These kitchens are stocked with basic cookware and dishes. Meals are available in the dining room when booked in advance.
Stores and Cafeteria
There are two small, but well-stocked grocery stores in Klemtu, located at the public dock and near the Spirit Bear Lodge. Note that food is supplied to the community via freight delivery, which significantly increases grocery prices.
Next door to the store at the public dock is a cafeteria, the only public eatery in the area. Join the locals for a hot meal and a friendly chat.
