Come dine with us at this year's first Garden to Table cooking class and al fresco dinner event, featuring our wood-fired clay oven and organic produce from the bountiful, kitchen garden. The majority of the dishes will be gluten-free however artisan bread will also be served.
The evening will begin with a harvesting demonstration and tour of our beautiful edible gardens. Then we will fire up the wood-fired oven for some seasonal tapas before starting the cooking lesson, where we will share with you, our most beloved, healthy gourmet dishes with seasonal European flare.
We will then enjoy this sit-down dinner in the gorgeous garden surroundings of our Casa Loma HQ.
