Triathlon sponsored by Pharmasave welcomes adults and kids ages 7 to 12 to participate. Adults: 750 m swim, 20 km bike and 5 km run starts at 9:30 am. Kids: 100 m swim, 6 km bike and 2 km run. Start time 8:30 am.

Everyone is invited to the 4th Annual Christina Lake Homecoming Summer Festival. Friday night begins with a Wine & Cheese Social & Volunteer Appreciation. Festivities for Saturday include a pancake breakfast, historical displays, photo contest and a potluck BBQ and Family Dance. Sunday will be the First Annual Unique Home & Garden tour.

Watch The Hip Sisters shimmy their way through the evening with their fusion inspired belly dance while you dine. Then, watch the night light up with a glow and fire show by Luminosity.

Christina Lake Arts and Artisan Society is hosting 'Fiestaval' at the Christina Living Arts Centre. 'Fiestaval' is a celebration of Mexico and Cuba with fabulous food, silent and live art auctions featuring renowned Canadian and US glass blowers. There were also be works from select regional painters, wood turners, potters and much much more.

Come and enjoy a summer evening at Deadwood Junction in Greenwood - great coffee, belly dancing by The Hip Sisters and a fire spinning show by Luminosity. The dancing starts at 6:00 pm and admission is free.

This is the only Linen Festival in North America. While it isn't a huge event, it is a unique event that celebrates organic agriculture, homesteading, sustainable clothing, and our regional fibershed. When we started the Linen Festival 7 years ago, we hoped it would grow into an event that attracted those who like to make things with their own hands, and in tune with organic, self-reliance and with respect for ourselves and the environment. The day includes a bit of history, a bit of crafting and a lot of laughing and learning.

Christina Living Arts Centre is a host site for the Columbia Basin Culture Tour. Christina Lake Arts and Artisans are presenting a beautiful array of local and regional artists and artisans featuring wood, glass, pottery, painting, fibre, plus a collection of top notch glass blowers from the US and Canada. Artists will be on hand during the event.

Come join all the artists, dancers, musicians, bands and performance artists at City Park as we celebrate the finale of the Kettle River Festival of the Arts while raising funds for Habitat for Humanity. Bring a blanket and some chairs, and let the children run free on the great lawn while you lounge under the shade of the grand cottonwood trees and enjoy all the arts and culture Boundary Country has to offer.
