Farms & Markets
Fresh produce
The Sunshine Coast's colourful farmers markets offer farm-fresh organic produce, arts and crafts by local artists, live music, and much more.
In Gibsons, known as the "Gateway to the Sunshine Coast," visitors can enjoy two farmers markets from late spring to early fall.
Fiddlehead Farmers Market
The Fiddlehead Farmers Market takes place behind the Gibsons Curling Rink in White Tower Park each Saturday from mid-June to mid-October. Find fresh zucchini, lettuce, carrots, and new potatoes from local growers, purchase locally produced jewelry, garden supplies and artwork, or enjoy the folksy sounds of local singers and bands. The Fiddlehead Farmers Market was founded in 2007 and continues to grow as Gibsons "goes green."
Gibsons Landing Sunday Market
The Gibsons Landing Sunday Market occurs each Sunday in Holland Park from June to September. In a scenic location overlooking the Gibsons Marina, customers can pick up organic vegetables, stock up on home-baked goodies and preserves, and shop for pottery and glassware.
