The Nelson Visitor Centre is situated in a Tudor style building, on the edge of downtown Nelson. We are centrally located, just off Hwy 3A and adjacent to our Nelson District Community Complex.

Our Visitor Centre is in the first Bank of Montreal built in British Columbia, 1896, now the Silvery Slocan Museum which houses a collection of local artifacts and a beautifully restored wooden boat. We are on the main street of New Denver, a quiet little town with lots of historic buildings and a view of our own icefield across Slocan Lake. Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce operates a year-round visitor centre at 204 Campbell Ave and a seasonal visitor centre at 110 MacKenzie Ave in Grizzly Plaza. The seasonal visitor centre also has a gift shop.
