Vancouver Island Air Travel

Flying is the quickest and most convenient way to get to Vancouver Island. Several airlines service Victoria International Airport, Nanaimo Airport and the cities/towns of Courtenay/Comox, Campbell River and Port Hardy.
Floatplanes are a popular mode of transportation between Vancouver Island and the mainland, largely due to their flexibility - you can access just about any coastal community directly with a floatplane. Scheduled flights and charters are available from downtown Vancouver to downtown Victoria and downtown Nanaimo.

Regional Airlines
Air Canada Air Canada provides scheduled services to Victoria from Vancouver, Calgary (in Alberta) and Toronto (in Ontario). It also provides scheduled services from Vancouver to Nanaimo (approximately 2 hours north of Victoria).
