With two international airports serving the Vancouver, Coast & Mountains region offering a range of national and smaller charter services, travellers have a wide variety of flight options. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is located in Richmond, 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver, and is the gateway to flights from around the world. Situated in the Fraser Valley community of Abbotsford, the Abbotsford International Airport (YXX) is a convenient hub for the region's air service from across Canada. The airport is approximately an hour east of Vancouver.
